Windows
is the computer programs manager. It manages, controls, plans, coordinates the
activities of the computer system as a whole. Windows is a graphical operating
system developed by Microsoft. It consists of several families of operating
systems, each of which cater to a certain sector of the computing industry with
the OS typically associated with IBM PC compatible architecture.

Client
versions
A client version of Windows is a
version that can be purchased and installed on personal computers such as
desktop computers, laptops and workstations or that is purchased with these
computers. They were developed and intended to work with the Server versions of
Windows. The client versions also include the ability to

Server versions
Windows
Server is a group of operating systems designed by Microsoft that supports
enterprise-level management, data storage, applications, and communications.
Previous versions of Windows Server have focused on stability, security, networking,
and various improvements to the file system. Other improvements also have
included improvements to deployment technologies, as well as increased hardware
support. Microsoft has also created specialized SKUs of Windows Server that
focus on the home and small business markets. Windows Server 2012 R2
is the latest release of Windows Server, and focuses on cloud computing.
